Established in March 2013, the Suwon Research Institute is Korea’s first policy research institute established by a local government.

We conduct systematic research on current and emerging issues facing Suwon Special City, providing evidence and insights to support effective policy decision-making.

Our goal is to develop innovative and practical policy solutions that enhance the quality of life and well-being of Suwon’s 1.25 million residents.
